Mrs. Joan Rutaroh was awarded a long service award by the United States Africa Development Foundation, and Jeff Gilleo, the regional portfolio manager, presented it to her.
She spent 31 years working for USADF in various roles, first as the Country Program Representative and then as the Program Director of the Uganda Development Trust.
